→ Personnel: Graduation with minimum 2 yrs full time Post Graduation Degree/PG Diploma/PG Graduate program in Management (Industrial Relations/HR/Personnel Management)/MHROD/MBA/Master of social work (HR Specialization) with minimum 60% mark
→ Sales & Marketing: MBA/PG Diploma in Management (Marketing specialization) with minimum 60% of marks
→ Community Development: Minimum 2 yrs full time Post Graduate Degree in social work (Specializations in Community development/community organization & Development practice/Rural development/Urban and Rural community development/Rural and Tribal development/Development Management/Rural Management)
→ Materials Management: Engineering degree in (Electrical/Mechanical Engg) with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with minimum of 60% of marks
