@ Candidate must have excellent customer handling and management skills

@ Candidate must have experience in International call centre

@ Candidate must be able to manage various multiple tasks parallel with the minimal supervision

@ Candidate should have knowledge in monitor the service event through completion for compliance

@ Candidate must manage the service requests of customers through different access channels

@ Must take reviews customer feedback related to customer entitlement and case management and various analysis of statistics

@ Candidate may be responsible to validate the customer entitlement, purpose of routing or dispatching or log case
