Union Public Service commission recently declares the result of Civil Services (Preliminary) examination of this year. Nearly 16000 candidates qualify the Civil Services Preliminary examination 2013.
UPSC gives instruction to qualify candidates to not file any RTI application regarding the details of there marks and answer keys till the Recruitment procedure not completed.
Candidates who have successfully qualify the Preliminary exam need to fill there details on UPSC site for the Mains exam.

And also that they need to end the printed Mains application form to UPSC along with the necessary documents and the fees if applicable.
