Language Skills:
A).Excellent Command over English Language
B).Candidate must be able to produce high quality reports and knowledge products

i).Candidate must be willing to Travel for data collection and Project implementation
Job Description: (J.D)
i).Candidates must assist in organizing various workshops, focused group discussions and Consultation meetings for data collection
ii).Conduct research on Topics/Areas related to modern emerging training tools and technologies
iii).Support the development of concept paper/case studies/knowledge products on various training tools and technologies
iv).Candidates must Identify and suggest latest training tools, methods and technologies which could be utilised for improving the effectiveness of civil services training
v).Develop and implement strategies for developing trainer’s capacities in Government training Institutions
vi).Candidate need to conduct a study of leading practices in training tools and trainings for training and development (including government and other sectors)
Required Skills:
Strong Presentation and facilitation skills
Knowledge of research methodologies, latest training techniques and technologies
Proficiency in the use of Office IT applications and Internet in conducting research
Outstanding Communication, project management and Organizational skills
Strong Understanding of Indian Civil Services and Public Administration
Candidate must be Result-Oriented and able to develop strategic approaches
