Date of Conduct of SSC CGL 2016 Examination: On 8th and 22nd May, 2016
Minimum Educational Qualification Required:
1). For Assistant Audit Officer: Candidates must have Bachelor Degree from a recognized University.
And Desirable qualifications for the post of Assistant Audit Officer: Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Master’s in Commerce or Master’s in Business Studies or Master of Economics or Master in Business Administration (Finance).
2). For Statistical Investigator Grade II: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from recognized university .
3). For Compiler Post: Bachelor’s Degree with Economics or Mathematics or Statistics as compulsory or Elective Subject.
4). For All Other Posts: Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.
Age Criteria: (As on 1st August, 2016)

There are three tiers
1). Tier I: Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
2). Tier II: Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
3). Tier III: Computer Proficiency Test/ Skill Test (wherever applicable)
