How students get selected for Group Discussion & Interview:
i).The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in both “Objective Test and Descriptive Test will be arranged in descending order in each category.
ii).Adequate number of candidates in Each Category, as decided by the BANK will be classes for “Group Discussion and Interview” rounds.
iii).The Qualifying SBI PO Cut off marks in GD and Interview will be decided by the Bank.
SBI PO 2014 Final Selection:
A).Candidates are required to qualify both in Phase I and Phase II separately
B).Marks obtained in Phase I (250 Marks) will be converted to “”75 Marks””
C).Marks obtained in Phase II (GD & Interview – 50 Marks) are converted to “”25 Marks”” finally
D).SBI PO 2014 Final Selection will be made from the Top Merit ranked candidates in each category
E).Final Selected list will be published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar
