For Analyst cum Programmer post : 

Candidate must have completed MCA or BE or B.Tech in any one of the IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics and Communication from a recognized university OR 

Should have completed M.Tech in IT or Computer Science or Electronics and Communication from a recognized university OR 

Should have completed MBA in IT from a recognized university.

Necessary : Three years post qualification experience.

For Composers post : 

Candidate must have completed Bachelor’s of Law from a recognized university.

Must have completed Hindi and English as the subjects in the BA examination.

Essential for both posts : 

Candidate must have working knowledge of Hindi Written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Language.

Age limit required to apply for RPSC Analyst cum Programmer and Composer Recruitment 2015 : 

For Analyst cum Programmer post : 21-37 years

For Composers Post : 21-35 years

Relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC/ST.
