* Must be able to troubleshoot technical issues related to OS and H/W of computers
* Need to follow step by step troubleshooting approach to solve the issue from root level
* Diagnose hardware and operating system problems
* Document case information
* Must be able to demonstrate basic technical knowledge
* Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Manage end user customer phone calls/Remote/Email
* Able to delight customers by resolving the problems on the same call and seek closure confirmation of the case from the customer
* Effective communication and typing skills
