For Manager Post :
Candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree and should possess two years full time Master’s degree or Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration/ MBA or Management Studies MMS/ Personnel Management (MPM) with specialization in Human Resources Management/ Development/ Personnel Management OR
Master’s in Social Work (MSW)/ Master’s in Labour Studies (MLS) or any other equivalent qualification in HRD/ Personnel Management.
All the qualification should be acquired by candidate from a recognized university/ college/ institute by UGC or should be approved by AICTE.
Candidate must be proficient in operation of MS Office Application Software and should have knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri Language.
Experience Required for Manager Post :
Candidate must have minimum three years of experience as a Manager of HR.
For Computer Operator Post :
Candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Candidate should possess Diploma or Certificate Course of minimum 06 months in Computer Application from a recognized university or institute.
Candidate must have the knowledge of typing of minimum 30 wpm speed.
Desirable Experience :
Candidate should have at least three year experience as computer operator in a reputed company/ firm/ organisation.
