Educational Qualification:
a).ITI (Assistant Lineman):
Candidates must have a Pass Certificate of 18/24 months course in “Electrician/Electronics/Electronic Mechanic” trade from “Industrial Training Institute” (ITIs) recognized by the Government of Karnataka.
b).ITC (Assistant Lineman):
Candidates must have possessed “10th Standard Examination” and must have a Pass certificate of 03 years “Lineman Trade” / “Electrician Trade” (ITC) imparted by the Industrial Training Institutes of KEB/KPTCL.
c).Station Attendant:
Candidates must have a Pass Certificate of 18/24 months course in “Electrician/Electronics/Electronic Mechanic/Fitter” trades from recognized ITIs.Candidates must possess minimum of 2 years experience.
Age Criteria:
Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age:
i).35 years in case of General Merit Candidates
ii).38 years in case of Category IIA, IIB, IIIA and IIIB candidates
iii).40 years in case of SC/ST and Category I candidates
