Lok Sabha Stenographer Recruitment 2014-15 notification has been issued by Lok Sabha Secretariat under Join Recruitment Cell for filling up various posts of Stenographer Hindi/ English and Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) and invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for these posts.

Stenographer – Hindi/ English – 41 posts
Car Driver – Ordinary Grade – 04 posts

Minimum Educational Qualifications required to apply for Stenographer post under Lok Sabha Stenographer Recruitment 2014-15 :
1. Candidate must have passed bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university and must have at least 80 WPM shorthand speed in Hindi/ English.
2. Desirable Qualification : Candidate should possess certificate in computer course by AICTE or DOEACC or any other equivalent course of O level in terms of syllabus and duration of the course.
Minimum Educational Qualifications required to apply for Driver post (Ordinary Grade) under Lok Sabha Stenographer Recruitment 2014-15 :
1. Candidate should have completed matriculation or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
2. Must possess a valid commercial LMV/ HMV License
3. Should have good command and skills with experience in driving motor vehicles.
Minimum Age limit required to apply for both stenographer and car driver post under Lok Sabha Stenographer Recruitment 2014-15 :
Candidate must have completed at least 18 years of age and maximum age limit is 27 years.

Attach passport size colour photograph on the application form and one photo should be attached on attendance sheet and sign below where sign is required.
Attach all necessary copies of certificates which a candidate is filling in application form and all copies of certificates should be self attested with photos.

Selection Procedure for the post of Stenographer under Lok Sabha Stenographer Recruitment 2014-15 :
Candidates will have to appear for written test conducted by the commission and details are available in notification and after qualifying written test candidates will be called for steno or short hand test which is necessary to be passed.
Selection Procedure for the post of Driver under Lok Sabha Stenographer Recruitment 2014-15 :
Candidates applied for Driver post will be screened under Driving Technique test which is compulsory to be passed for Trade Test.
