Civilian Motor Driver (OG): 03 posts

Multi-Tasking Staff: 13(*) (UR-07, ST-02, OBC-04, SC-NIL)

(*) – 2 posts of MTS are reserved for persons with disability (PWD) i.e., LV/OH (One Leg Affected/One Arm Affected)

Educational Qualification:

For Civilian Motor Driver:

i).Matriculation from a recognized university

ii).Candidate must possess license for driving light and heavy vehicles with basic knowledge in automobile repairing

For Multi Tasking Staff:

i).Must have passed Matriculation

Age Criteria: (as on closing date of receipt of application)

For Civilian Motor Driver:

Lower Age Limit: 18 years

Upper Age Limit: 32 years

For Multi Tasking Staff:

Lower Age Limit: 18 years

Upper Age Limit: 25 years

Relaxation will be applicable for reserved candidates

Application Fee:

For SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen – Fee Exempted

For All others – Rs.50/-

Fee payment must be done through Demand Draft (DD) or Crossed Indian Postal Order

The payment must be done in favour of “General Manager, High Explosives Factory, Khadki, and Pune 411003”

The Issuing date of Postal Order should be indicated clearly

i)Written Test – 100 M

Time Duration: 2 Hours

General Intelligence – 40Q (40M)

General English – 10Q (10M)

General Driving Awareness – 50Q (50M)

ii).Skill Test – 100 M

For Multi Tasking Staff: (0.25 negative Marking)

Written Test: 150 Marks

Time Duration: 2 Hours

General Intelligence & Reasoning – 25Q (25M)

Numerical Aptitude – 25Q (25M)

General English – 50Q (50M)

General Awareness – 50Q (50M)
