2).Candidates are requested to download Application form and each application form must be accompanied by DD drawn on or before 05th May, 2014
3).Application forms for course number 1 and 2 mentioned above are common. And separate application form available for course 3, 4 and 5.
4).Application forms can also be purchased in person or by post. Request for the Application forms should be accompanied by a Demand Draft and self attested stamped Rs.70/- envelope (27*17 cm)
5).Application form must reach: (Completed Application form along with DD)
