The Central Pollution Control Board is a legal organization, formed in September 1974. The Central Pollution Control Board works on the pollution control projects and programs. Some projects are Air Quality/Pollution, Water Quality/Pollution, Urban Environment, Industrial Environment etc.

The candidate should have certification in B.Tech(Civil Engineering or Geoinformatics), M.Tech(Geoinformatics) for scientists post.Eligible and Interested applicants can apply for Central Pollution control board posts.

Pattern of Selection:-
The Interview is conducted for the shortlisted applicants, and the written test will be conducted if the candidates will be in large number. After the written test the candidates will be selected to the Interview part.
