Minimum eligibility criteria required to apply for Assam Junior Assistant and Tax Collector Recruitment 2014 :
For post no. 01 – Junior Assistant :
Candidate should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any other equivalent qualification.
For post no. 02. – Tax Collector cum Road Maharer :
Candidate should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any other equivalent qualification.

Required age limit is same for both posts which is :
Minimum 21 years
Maximum 38 years
Relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC/ST category candidates.

Selection Procedure of Assam Junior Assistant and Tax Collector Recruitment 2014 :
Final selection of candidates will be done through written examination and interview process and candidates who will be qualified in written test will be called for interview test.
The written test is consist of following subjects and 150 marks :
1. General Aptitude
2. General Studies and General Awareness
Note : The medium of examination will be in English only.
Note : Preference will be given to those candidates who have basic computer knowledge.
