All India Management Association (AIMA) has issued a Recruitment notice for total 158 Posts of Management Trainee plus Accountant, Asst & Asst Engineer Posts. (General) Management Trainee: 17 Posts
(Accounts) Management Trainee: 07 Posts
Total post for Accountant: 17 Posts
Total posts for Jr. Technical Assistant: 107 Post
(AE)Assistant Engineer: 10 Posts
All the candidates who are eligible can apply if there age is not more than 28 years for Management trainee and Assistant posts and 30 years for Accountant and Engineer posts. Relaxation in age will be applicable as per government rules and it will be considered as 14-01-2014.
Pay Scale which will be given is as below:
For (MT) Management Trainee: The Pay Scale is between Rs. 20600-46500/-
For Accountant: The Pay Scale is between Rs. 16400-40500/-
For Jr. Technical Assistant(TA): The Pay Scale is between Rs. 10500-28690/-
For Assistant Engineer: The Pay Scale is between Rs. 16400-40500/-
If you are applying for Management Trainee General Post, then it is required that you must have scored 60% marks in your complete Master degree Specialization in any Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relation or Supply Chain Management or Marketing Management from well recognized University.
For Management Trainee in (Accounts): Your minimum score must be 60% marks in your MBA Finance OR pass in final examinations conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India OR Pass in Associate Company Secretary from recognized institution.
If you are applying for Accountant: B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountants or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with three years experience of auditing and maintaining of Accounts in Industrial/Commercial/Departments.
If you are applying for Junior Technical Assistant: you must have Degree in Agriculture or a degree with subjects like Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as any one of the subject.
If you are applying for Assistant Engineer: you must have degree in Civil Engineering from well reputed university.
Registration fees for Gen/OBC Applicants is Rs 300 which should be submitted in form of demand draft drawn in favor of “All India Management Association”, payable at New Delhi.
For SC/ST/PH candidates NO application fee.
