CMAT 2015-16 First Test AICTE Notification has been released for MBA/PGDM/PGCM Management Programmes.CMAT 2015-16 Common Management Admission Test is the test for MBA Programmes in AICTE Approved Institutions.AICTE All India Council for Technical Education, a Statutory Body of the Government of India.AICTE CMAT 2015-16  is a National Level Common Management Admission Test to select suitable students for admission in “Management Programmes” for the Academic year 2015-16.CMAT Exam Pattern,CMAT dates 2015,CMAT 2015 eligibility criteria and other more details are given below. Interested and qualification candidates are requested to make CMAT Online Registration on or before last date 25th August, 2014.

CMAT Test Timings:

a).9:30 AM to 12:30 PM

b).2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Printout of Score Cards: 30th October, 2014 to 30th November, 2014

Educational Qualification:

The eligibility criteria for admission to Management Programs (Diploma and Post Graduation) is as mentioned below-

For Management (PGDM, MBA and Similar):

i).Bachelor Degree of Minimum 3 year’s duration obtained at least 50% at the qualifying examination (minimum 45% for reserved category)

For Management (PGCM):

i).Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration

For Management (Executive PGDM):

i).Bachelors Degree of Minimum 3 year’s duration and a minimum of 5 years relevant managerial/Supervisory experience.

For General/OBC: Rs.1400/- + Bank charges as applicable

For SC/ST/PD: Rs.700/- + Bank Charges as applicable

Mode of Payment:

Candidates can make payment by two methods.

I).Cash Payment:

Candidates can pay through CHALLAN generated online and Cash deposited in any branch of “STATE BANK OF INDIA”

(Or)

II.Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card:

Candidate can make online payment through www.aicte-cmat.in

CMAT Exam Pattern:

Duration of Exam: 180 minutes

Negative Marking: 01 mark

a).Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Q – 100 Marks

b).Logical Reasoning – 25 Q – 100 Marks

c).Language Comprehension – 25 Q – 100 Marks

d).General Awareness – 25 Q – 100 Marks

Note: Each candidate will be seated at a desk with a Computer Terminal. And candidate will be provided with a scratch paper for Calculations/Rough Work.

How to Apply for CMAT 2015:

The CMAT Online Registration consists of three total steps. They are,

1).Self Registration

2).Making Payment

3).Application Form Filling

Requirements before applying Online

a).Good Internet Connection

b).Qualification Details

c).Scanned Photo of Size (140*160 Pixels) – 60KB and Signature size of (60*90 pixels) – 30KB

Step 1: Self Registration

1).Candidates are required to click on “NEW USER”. Make self registration by giving proper details.

2).Verify the Registration form before clicking on SUBMIT button

3).Submitting this page will generate a Unique 6 digit password. Password will be shown on your screen and will be sent to you via Email and SMS

4).So whenever you login to the Registration Portal, then click on EXISTING USER by giving details that you received while step I registration.

Step 2: Payment Process:

I. Online Payment: Candidates can select “Online Payment” mode then make payment using

(Or)

II.CASH Payment:

a).Candidates can select this option to pay by CASH at designated SBI bank branch.

b).Once you select this option and proceed, you will see a CHALLAN on your screen with details already filled in it.

c).Take 3 Printouts of this CHALLAN, fill in the details wherever required

d).Cash Deposit will be accepted only from the next day of your Challan Registration

Ex: If you generate and Print the Challan Copies on 03rd July,2014 and then Make payment from 04th July,2014 onwards.

e).Then after 48 hours you will receive Email and SMS confirming that your payment date has god Updated in the registration portal

Step 3: Application Form Filling

1).Payment is completed and now you are required to fill the remaining part of the Form.

2).Once you are sure that all the data entered is accurate then click on the “Proceed” button

3).You can click on “Preview” button to view your filled form. You can PRINT your filled form and keep copies with you for reference.

That is it. This completes the Registration process.
