Educational Qualification:

i).Candidate must hold a degree (Graduation) from a recognized university. Candidates possessing professional and technical qualification recognized by Government

Age Criteria:

Minimum age: 21 years

Maximum age: must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 01st August, 2014

Relaxation in age will be applicable for the Reserved/Eligible candidates as per the Government Rules

Application Fee:

For Female/SC/ST/PH Candidates: No Fee

For all others: Rs.100/-

Payment Method: (Two methods)

I. Remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by “CASH”

a).Candidates who opt for “Pay by Cash” mode must print the System Generated Pay-in-slip during Part-II Registration

b).Deposit Rs.100/- at the counter of SBI branch on the Next working day only

(OR)

II.Using Net Banking facility of State Bank of India/State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore/ (Or) by using visa/Master Credit/Debit Card

Note: Only those candidates who qualify Civil Preliminary Examination will be allowed to give Indian Civil Service Main Examination.

II.Civil Services Main Examination:

Total papers – 09

Type: Conventional Essay Type (In the subjects set out in Subsection B of Section II out which two papers will be qualifying in nature)

Marks obtained for all the compulsory papers (Paper-I to Paper-VII) and marks obtained in Interview for Personality Test will be counted for Ranking

2).There are two Parts Namely, Part-I and Part-II.Candidates are required to first complete Part-I application. Then go for Part-II Application form

3).Candidates are requested to give their proper contact, personal, Educational qualification information. Double check application form before hitting SUBMIT button

4).After completion of both Part-I and Part-II, take print out of the filled in Application form. Candidates are required to take print outs of copies having system generated unique registration number

5).Registration number and personal details are prerequisites for further selection process. So candidates are suggested to keep such information safely.
