2).Candidates must also have work experience in “Handling matters of banking litigation including Consumer complaints, 138 sections of negotiable instrument matters and securitisation and debt recovery, co-operative court, scrutiny of title documents and guarantee drafts, joint consortium and other agreements”.
3).Candidates must have thorough knowledge of the provisions of the Stamps Act as well as Registration Act, Negotiable Instruments Act and Banking regulation act along with the Co Operative Societies Act and fluency in the local language and local laws also.
