The candidates having Diploma/Engineering in the corresponding streams are eligible to apply for SSC Recruitment 2014 Junior Engineers. Interested and Eligible candidates are requested to apply Online (Part I, and Part II) on or before 28/03/2014.

@ Junior Engineers (Civil, Mechanical) in CWC and Farakka Barrage: Up to 32 years
@ Junior Engineer (Quantity Surveying and Contract) in MES: 18-27 years
@ Junior Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Electrical and Mechanical) in Border Roads Organization of Ministry of Defence: Not exceeding 30 years
⇒ For Women/SC/ST/Ex. Servicemen/Physically handicapped: Exempted from fee (Rs.0/-)
⇒ For All others: Rs.100/-
The candidates are requested to pay fee only through State Bank of India (Challan, or Net banking)
Apply Mode: Only On line
Pay scale: Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Examination Centres: Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Allahabad, Bangalore, Raipur, Chandigarh, Guwahati.
The examination is conducted in TWO Stages.
→ Written Test (500 Marks)
@ Paper-I: Objective type, 200 Marks, 2 Hours (10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon)
@ Paper-II: Conventional Engineering, 300 Marks, 2 Hours (2:00 PM to 4:00PM)
→ Interview (100 Marks)
