Reserve Bank of India Recruitment 2014, RBI India’s Central Bank notification dated 28th March, 2014 inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill up the vacancies under Staff Class IV for the posts of Security Guards in RBI bank. The Zone of Recruitment is of the State of Bihar and Jharkhand. Candidates with the minimum of X (10th pass) from a recognized university are eligible to apply for this RBI recruitment. The Major functions of Reserve Bank of India are General Superintendence and direction of the Bank’s affairs. Eligibility, age criteria, applying instructions are mentioned in detail below. Educational Qualification:
i).Minimum of Class X pass is required
ii).Maximum educational qualification can be an under graduation
iii).Only Ex-Servicemen residing in Bihar and Jharkhand Recruitment Zone with minimum X qualification are eligible
Age Criteria:
The lower and upper age limit for the post is 18 and 25 years respectively as on January 012014.
i.e., Candidate born before 31.12.1988 and after 31.12.1995 are absolutely not eligible
Upper age relaxation will be applicable for reserved candidates as per the Government orders/Instructions

Salary Offered:
Total Monthly emoluments at the current rate of allowances will be – Rs.15545/- PM
Other Eligibility Criteria:
i).Candidates only Ex-Serviceman with proper military background is eligible
ii).Graduate degree holders are not at all eligible to apply so need not apply
iii).Ex-Servicemen who have passed the qualifying examination from outside the recruitment zone either before or after leaving military service are eligible
iv).Date of Birth as recorded in School leaving Certificate/TC/Certificate of Domicile/Birth Certificate only be accepted as a Proof of age
Job Description (J.D):
A).Security Guards will have to work in Shifts including Night Shifts
B).Guarding Bank’s Property (Residential/Office), ward duties at Patna Office
C).Candidates need to Operate X-Ray machines/DFMD for checking baggage at the Entrance and other allied duties assigned by Bank
Ineligibility:
i).Women/Physically handicapped/Disabled Ex-Servicemen will not be Eligible

i).Written Test and/or Interview
ii).Candidates found suitable will be placed in the Waiting list to be prepared subject to vacancies and reservation requirements

2).Application may be preferably typewritten or neatly handwritten in Hindi/English (Block/Capital)
3).Latest Passport size photograph (3cm * 2.5 cm) should be affixed on the right hand top corner of the Application form
4).Other required documents such as attested copies of educational qualifications/age certificates/Discharge Certificate/Service book issued by the Armed forces and Community certificate if required must be attached with the Application form
