1. Junior Engineer (Degree) Civil Branch :
A). Candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution.

2. Junior Engineer (Diploma) Civil Branch :
A). Candidate must have completed a diploma in Civil Engineering recognized by the Institution of Engineers for purpose of exemption from studentship examination.

3. Junior Engineer (Degree) Mechanical and Electrical Branch :
A). Candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any one of the Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
B). Behavioural Knowledge of Hindi Language written in Devnagri Font and should have good knowledge of the culture of Rajasthan.
4. Junior Engineer (Diploma) Mechanical and Electrical Branch :
A). Candidate must have completed a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by the Institution of Engineers for purpose of exemption from studentship examination.
B). Behavioural Knowledge of Hindi Language written in Devnagri Font and should have good knowledge of the culture of Rajasthan.
Minimum age limit required to apply for Rajasthan Junior Engineer Recruitment 2015 :
Minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and maximum age limit is 35 years
Relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC/ST category candidates.
