Age limit :- 15 to 24 years as on 01.07.2014
Age Relaxation :-5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of OBC candidates.
Training Period for Railway recruitment 2014:– One Year.
Educational Qualifications for Railway Recruitment : Matriculation Pass (10th Class pass) or its equivalent(under 10+2 system) with 50% marks and ITI passed in Fitter/ Millwright branch from a recognized Industrial Training Institute which is affiliated to NCVT.
Group C & D Qualifications: Minimum 10th class pass or ITI in equivalent trade.
Selection Process for Railway recruitment 2014: The selection for training will be done on the basis of merit list prepared by the officials of students who have applied & are eligible in reference to the notification. There will be no written exam or interview/oral exam in this selection.
How To Apply: The application and call letters are to be filled in completely by candidate in his/her in own hand writing in the prescribed format provided in the notification on a full A4 sized paper in ballpoint pen and drop it at the “Office of the Chief Workshop Manager of the CWM’s office (Personnel Branch/Recruitment Section), Rail Spring Karkhana (North Central Railways , Sithouli, Gwalior (M.P.) Pincode 474 001″.
2 self addressed envelopes which must be of size 11×5″ must be accompanied along with the application form and from it on one envelope you must paste a minimum registered postage stamp (Rs.27/-)” (SC/ST candidates are being exempted for pasting of stamps).
