Degree with first class MBA, Specialization in Personnel Management or HR or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management from a recognized university
2).Management Trainee (Accounts):
Degree with first class MBA in Finance or a pass in final examinations of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountant of India or Pass in Associate Company Secretary from recognized university
3).Management Trainee (Technical):
First class Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture with Entomology or Microbiology or Biochemistry or first class post graduate degree in Biochemistry or Zoology with Entomology
4).Accountant:
B.Com or BA Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountants or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about 03 years Exp in auditing of accounts in Industrial or Commercial or Departmental undertakings.
5).Junior Technical Assistant:
Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Biochemistry as one of the subjects.
